Classic Sports Car Club
CSCC Wendy Wools Anniversary Mallory Park October 2018
This was the last CSCC weekend of the season for me. The weather really tested my cameras’ durability – just when I thought the rain had stopped, along came another deluge. Regardless, it was great fun being right at the centre of the action. Standing at the marshals’ post at devil’s elbow give a great view of half the track and at least the sun cam out for the second day, which meant I could get some decent assembly area footage.
Looking forward to another season of CSCC racing in 2019. Some more new tracks for me to visit including the awesome Spa and picturesque anglesey. Just the season end video to produce for the dinner dance. My first end of season to include filming from most weekends of the year.
CSCC 2017 season review
I was lucky enough to once again be asked to produce a season review for the Classic Sports Car Club. What an awesome experience to get so close to some fairly nifty beasts! A great club (fantastically well organised) with some fab racing and support.

Great fun at Brands Hatch in June. If you like the smell of petrol, the raw of an engine and some great racing, check out the CSCC series of races!
CSCC season review
I love it when a chance encounter leads to something more. After watching my Team 309’s Brand Hatch video, I was asked me to put together a season review video for the CSCC. It’s a collection of onboard footage and stuff filmed by the teams that tells the story of the 2014 season. Great fun putting it together for the club, which got a great reception at their end of year dinner. Thoroughly recommend anyone interested in motor racing to go to one of the 2015 meetings. The noise from the special saloons is incredible, and there’s some great racing throughout the series. It’s also great getting up close and personal with the teams and their cars in the paddock and the pits.
Let’s go racing!
Despite living only 20 minutes away, I gad my first experience of Brands Hatch on Saturday. What a great way to spend the day! For the £14 entrance fee, you’re treated to a feature packed day of racing (the Classic Sports Car Cub were racing). Such a friendly bunch of people and you get so close to the action. Thoroughly recommended.
